: The 3 Triads of the Trifecta :
1. BAR [The Core Triad] :
Focus on Boundaries, Activities, and Relationships for a set period (we suggest about a year). These are the three areas that most affect your day-to-day experience. Build strength here, and you’ll feel it everywhere else.
2. ACE [The Key Triad] :
Apply Awareness, Care, and Efficacy to everything you do. These qualities empower you to show up with purpose. They are your internal compass.
3. OG [The Root Triad] :
Objectively Grounding your work in Peer Support, Harm Reduction, and CBT. These approaches support sustainable growth without shame or rigid expectations.
- When you actively use these three Triads together, you naturally begin to shift your internal & external Environment. That is the goal. Not perfection, but progress. That is what we call achieving BARE Minimum — a new foundation that you can build upon.
: The Vagabard Initiative :
We do have a slideshow explainer video breaking down the fundamentals of the Trifecta coming soon to Patreon. We will also be hosting an interactive and supportive community via Discord. This will be a way for the Vagabard Initiative, to expand, providing a space ‘for the Lone Wolf to find their pack’ but to connect, engage, & collaborate… Utilizing the various peer groups within the Vagabard Nexus. Think of it as a larger society made up of smaller fellowships, but with minimal membership limitations. Peers can join as many groups & communities as they would like, or even bid to start one of their own, if eligible. The Vagabard Nexus invites you, one & all, to follow along & join the adventure!
